The Opportunity

The Office Services and Records Clerk is responsible for providing an integrated range of services to support the Administrative, Hospitality, and Office Services teams. Fulfill scan and copy requests, assist with electronic document management, sort and distribute mail, and prepare FedEx packages. Assist with upkeep and maintenance programs for the facility and work with building management and vendors.

The Day-To-Day

On any given day, you will:

Perform daily maintenance and upkeep of office equipment (copiers, printers, etc.) Troubleshoot equipment failures; report repairs and follow up until resolved Process incoming and outgoing mail, and handle all deliveries and packages Maintain organization and cleanliness in general office areas Coordinate office furniture and/or equipment moves Replenish the supplies throughout the office; load copiers with paper and toner as needed Make trips to the Post Office, Federal Express, bank, etc. Assist Records department with local records tasks Perform other duties as assigned You Have

Location Specific Language

The salary range for this role is $55,000 to $56,000 annually, which is based on a 37.5-hour work week. This range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in Seattle. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. An employee's pay within the salary range will be based on numerous factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, experience, skills, and business or organizational needs. This job is also eligible for an annual merit increase and bonus pay.
