We are looking for a warm, organized, and dependable Receptionist / Office Administrator to join one of our amazing clients in Alpharetta, GA to be the welcoming presence at their office. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys creating a positive experience for visitors and employees alike, and who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

This role is ideal for a detail-oriented multitasker who enjoys supporting both people and operations. You'll be the first point of contact for visitors and employees, helping to shape a positive experience from the moment they walk through the door. Greet and assist visitors, clients, and team members with professionalism and friendliness

Manage general office communications and inquiries

Maintain stock of coffee, refreshments, and office supplies

Support coordination of office events and logistics

Ensure common areas, including kitchen spaces, are clean and tidy

Handle light kitchen duties such as emptying the dishwasher and organizing breakfast/fruit deliveries

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, operations, and facilities

Contribute to sustainability initiatives and overall office organization

Provide administrative support to various departments

Serve as the go-to contact for onsite needs and issue resolution

Qualifications Prior experience in a receptionist or office administration role preferred

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Friendly and professional demeanor with strong interpersonal abilities

Self-motivated and reliable, with the ability to work independently

Comfortable in a dynamic, fast-moving workplace

Interest in sustainability and innovation is a plus

$21.00 to $24.00 per hour
