IT Support Technician (Local Only) Job at TEKsystems in Bend

Overview

Must live in the Bend, OR area. A company in Bend, OR is hiring a Help Desk Support Technician for a great long-term opportunity. This role has the opportunity to work hybrid remote after training.

Responsibilities

• Client is an enterprise-level environment. Work closely with existing staff, learning new technologies and supporting this world-class leader.
• Troubleshoot password resets and login issues.
• Troubleshoot hardware issues such as keyboards, mice, screens, etc.

Qualifications

• 1 year of hardware support or helpdesk experience
• Open to IT certifications and degrees with minimal experience
• Experience supporting PC peripherals (keyboards, printers, mouse, etc.) is a plus
• Experience with Microsoft Office 2007 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook), XP and Windows 7 is a plus
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $41,600.00 per year. For 12 months, this individual will be contracted with Les Schwab’s payroll company, called Kaia. They will receive their benefits and pay from Kaia.
