We’re looking for a versatile Accountant to join our team in Franklin, TN. This role blends accounting, reporting, and HR responsibilities in a fast-paced investment environment.

What You\'ll Do

• Manage rent collection, tenant receivables, and late payment follow-ups
• Handle accounts payable, account reconciliations, and monthly financial reporting
• Prepare property/company budgets, track actual vs. projected, and analyze variances
• Produce financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) and lender/investor reports
• Administer payroll, benefits, and 401(k) compliance; file W-2s and Form 5500
• Support tax return prep and partner with external accountants
• Assist with property and asset management operations

What We\'re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Strong knowledge of GAAP
• Proficiency with QuickBooks and other accounting software
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and business-minded
• Experience with payroll and HR administration
