This hybrid role requires regular presence in our NYC office.
We’re seeking a Marketing Manager with a passion for media, analytics, and digital growth. You’ll lead data-driven subscription campaigns, manage paid and social media marketing. The ideal candidate knows Piano (or similar platforms), thrives in fast-paced media, and brings 4+ years of experience in performance marketing, preferably within a B2B or subscription-focused environment.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute subscription marketing campaigns using Piano or similar subscription/paywall software to drive acquisition, conversion, and retention.
- Lead paid social campaigns across platforms like Meta, LinkedIn, and Google, aligned with our subscription marketing strategy
- Oversee paid media campaigns (search, display, social ads), including strategy, budget management, and performance tracking.
- Analyze subscriber and audience data to inform marketing decisions and optimize campaigns.
- Collaborate with editorial, events, and branded content teams to amplify content and marketing initiatives.
- Manage external vendors, agencies, and junior team members as needed.
- Report on KPIs, subscriber trends, campaign performance, and audience insights.
Requirements
- 4 years of marketing experience, ideally at a media company, subscription service, or digital publication.
- Hands-on experience with Piano software (or similar subscription and paywall platforms) is required.
- Strong knowledge of social media management, content strategy, and analytics tools.
- Experience managing paid media campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, or similar platforms.
- Excellent analytical, project management, and communication skills.
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
