Position Overview for the Business Analyst:

We’re seeking a Business Analyst to join a global transformation program integrating Oracle CRM, CPQ, Procurement, and Analytics systems. You’ll help finalize requirements, build user stories in Jira, and support testing and UAT.

This is a hands-on role in a high-visibility project, ideal for a BA experienced in enterprise IT and Agile delivery.

Responsibilities

• Finalize requirements for a global transformation program integrating Oracle CRM, CPQ, Procurement, and Analytics systems.
• Build and manage user stories in Jira.
• Support testing activities and UAT to ensure deliverables meet requirements.
• Collaborate with global stakeholders and offshore teams across time zones.
• Apply understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies to project delivery.

Required qualifications / Top Skills

• 5+ years of Business Analyst experience within enterprise IT or transformation projects
• Experience supporting the implementation of Oracle or Salesforce modules – especially CRM, CPQ, Procurement, or Quote-to-Cash workflows
• Ability to define current and future state business processes and translate into actionable requirements
• Hands-on experience with test design and UAT support
• Familiarity with Smartsheet, Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Office tools
• Experience working with global stakeholders, including offshore teams across time zones
• Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies
