Epitec is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to join our automotive client's team, as a Human Resources Coordinator, the candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the National Attendance Program, Family Medical Leave, Medical Leave of Absence, and tardiness are administered in accordance with company policy and regulations.
This position is in a manufacturing plant environment and is a 2nd shift position.
๐ Top Responsibilities
- Administer the National Attendance Program (NAP), Family Medical Leave (FMLA), Medical Leave of Absence (MLOA), and tardiness policies in compliance with company and contractual guidelines.
- Conduct and document corrective action discussions for attendance-related issues.
- Audit and correct TWOS coding for NAP and tardiness.
- Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for line management on NAP interpretation.
- Maintain documentation for FMLA administration and act as the single point of contact (SPOC) for employees and UNICARE.
- Liaise between line management and the local medical department.
- Identify and implement process improvement opportunities.
- Flexibility to work morning, night, and weekend shifts based on crew assignment.

- High School Diploma or GED.
- 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong administrative and documentation skills.
- 6+ months of Human Resources experience.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing/plant environment is a plus
