POSITION OVERVIEW As theSenior Manager of Operations, you will play a key role in developing, refining, and executing our sales operations to drive business growth. Youll work closely with our sales team and third-party vendors to ensure vehicles sales meet established goals. As a leader in our organization, you will also partner with Human Resources to develop and implement customized training on our sales process and methodologies to better enable our sales team to meet and exceed our sales objectives. Youll bring a deep knowledge of the auto sales process and metrics for evaluating our success.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Develop a deep understanding of the sales model (which includes various seller roles) and the KPI components, sales metrics, quota

setting/goalmethodology,

salestoolsand data structures within. Create detailed, data-driven, written proposals to align cross-functional leadership teams around new or revised approaches to managing sales processes, practices, and tools. Optimizeworkforce management through process improvement and efficient hours allocationto reducedirect labor cost per car sold. Own 3rd party relationship with vendors supporting the sales org; their contracts, performance, and cost to budget. In partnership with sales, develop and refine SOPs for the various sales roles within the organization. In partnership with HR and the Training team, support customized training on our sales processes,toolsand methodologies to enable the sales teams to understand and sell our products. Support Sales Operations to drive improvements to sales efficiencies, supporting the buying and selling processes at all stages from lead generation through closed won/lost. Support sales leadership in executing effective management strategies through building desired sales metric reports and dashboards that provide insights into sales and business performance. Manage partnerships with Sales, Training, Product, Operations, HR, Business Intelligence and other key business leaders to influence opportunities for improvement as well as strategic vision for growth. Manage the title & registration process as well as the financing operation process.
