What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Create and drive revenue within a specified region or list of named accounts

Generate business opportunities through professional networking and cold-calling

Meet and exceed all quarterly and annual sales quotas

Own the sales cycle from lead generation to closure

Maintain account and opportunity forecasting within the internal forecasting system

What is Required (Qualifications)

7+ years of outside enterprise Contact Center software or CRM sales experience

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment

Experience selling at the C-level

Proven track record of sales excellence

Strong professional presence and business acumen

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience in Contact Center Software Sales in the less than 1,000-seat space

Experience selling to CMOs

Knowledge of the assigned territory or accounts
