What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve corporate goals and regional sales quotas
Direct sales forecasting activities and hold the team accountable to performance goals
Motivate and lead field sales personnel, providing necessary training and coaching
Remove barriers to success and ensure compliance with corporate policies and procedures
Monitor and guide the sales team to improve selling skills and build sustainable customer relationships
What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of 10 years of medical sales experience
Minimum of 5 years of successful people management experience
Bachelor’s degree required
Proven track record of hiring and developing top sales talent
Proficiency in MS Office and sales tracking database systems
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience developing successful regional business plans, including budgets
Strong goal-setting and implementation skills demonstrated by a record of accomplishments
Excellent communication, written, and verbal skills
Demonstrated presentation creation and delivery skills
Ability to work effectively with diverse groups
