Qualifications
Minimum of 10 years of medical sales experience
Minimum of 5 years of successful people management experience
Bachelor's degree required
Proven track record in hiring and developing sales representatives and managers
Proficiency in MS Office and sales tracking database systems
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in developing successful regional business plans including budgets
Strong goal-setting and implementation skills with a record of accomplishments
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to work with diverse groups and build sustainable customer relationships
