5+ years of litigation experience in any forum At least 1 year of direct employment law experience (e.g., wage & hour, wrongful termination, discrimination, PAGA) Strong writing, analytical, and courtroom skills Responsibilities Apply expertise in litigation across employment, commercial, white-collar, and regulatory matters; contribute to high-quality advocacy and client service; participate in trial and deposition activities; collaborate with a senior team in a non-hierarchical environment. Qualifications Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school and active bar admission; 5+ years of litigation experience with at least 1 year in employment law; strong written and oral advocacy, analytical abilities, and business-development aptitude.
