Hansen Talent Group is seeking a hands-on
Senior Accountant
to lead month-end close, account reconciliations, and financial reporting, while driving process improvements and automation initiatives. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with strong GAAP knowledge, ERP experience, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
Key ***** Lead month-end close, journal entries, and general ledger reconciliations Maintain and reconcile accounts including cash, prepaid expenses, accruals, fixed assets, and intercompany balances Analyze variances and trends; provide insights on financial results Prepare supporting schedules for audits, tax filings, and financial reviews Recommend and implement process improvements and automation in GL and reporting workflows Support internal controls and refine accounting policies as the business grows ***** Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 3–5 years accounting experience with strong GAAP knowledge ERP proficiency (NetSuite, Sage Intacct, QuickBooks Online) Advanced Excel skills; comfortable with large data sets and pivot tables Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally Self-starter with experience driving process improvements and ensuring GAAP compliance
