We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Enterprise Sales Executive – Mortgage Tech Solutions to lead sales efforts for the loanDNA product suite. This role requires a proven technology sales professional with deep mortgage industry expertise and the ability to engage at the C-suite and decision-maker level across banks, mortgage lenders, servicers, fintech, and investors. The ideal candidate will excel at consultative solution selling, translating complex technology capabilities into clear ROI and business impact for clients.
Responsibilities
- Sales & Business Development
- Drive new business for the loanDNA suite of mortgage technology products, focusing on enterprise-level opportunities.
- Build a robust pipeline of prospects, including banks, mortgage lenders, servicers, credit unions, and fintech platforms.
- Consistently meet and exceed sales targets through consultative, solutions-oriented selling.
- Client Engagement & Consultative Selling
- Engage with senior executives to understand business challenges and position loanDNA as a strategic enabler.
- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and workshops highlighting loanDNA’s capabilities in analytics, automation, compliance, and performance optimization.
- Partner with clients to design tailored solutions that align with their digital transformation initiatives.
- Strategic Account Management
- Develop long-term executive relationships to drive adoption, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities within accounts.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and delivery teams to ensure successful implementations and customer satisfaction.
- Act as the voice of the client, providing feedback on industry needs and feature enhancements.
- Market Intelligence & Representation
- Stay up to date on mortgage technology trends (AI, automation, compliance tech, data analytics).
- Provide competitive insights to refine go-to-market strategies and strengthen product positioning.
- Represent the company and loanDNA brand at conferences, trade shows, and industry events.
Qualifications
Required Education and Experience:
- Experience
- 7+ years in enterprise sales within the mortgage or fintech space, with at least 3+ years focused on mortgage technology platforms.
- Proven track record of selling SaaS, AI/analytics, automation, or compliance solutions to large mortgage enterprises.
- Demonstrated success in building pipelines and closing multimillion-dollar deals.
- Skills & Knowledge
- Deep understanding of the mortgage lifecycle—origination, servicing, QC, compliance, and default.
- Strong knowledge of mortgage technology platforms and how they integrate into enterprise ecosystems.
- Executive presence with exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage long, complex, consultative sales cycles.
- Education
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Technology, or related field (MBA preferred).
