Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Enterprise Sales – Global Solutions candidate with strong experience in the mortgage industry to drive revenue growth across our outsourced business line. This individual will be responsible for developing new client relationships, expanding existing accounts, and positioning the company as a trusted partner for outsourced mortgage solutions. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of selling to and building relationships with C-level executives, lenders, servicers, investors, and financial institutions, with the ability to navigate long sales cycles and complex decision-making processes.
Responsibilities
- Business Development & Revenue Growth
- Identify, prospect, and secure new enterprise-level clients in the mortgage domain.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Leverage deep industry knowledge to position our services as value-driven solutions.
- Meet or exceed sales goals each quarter aiming towards year-over-year growth.
- Describe the Company’s value proposition and determine if potential client opportunities fit the strategy
- Prepare and present opportunities for review by executive management.
- Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape.
- Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong executive-level relationships with mortgage lenders, servicers, investors, and other key stakeholders.
- Serve as a trusted advisor, providing insights into mortgage market trends, compliance requirements, and operational efficiencies.
- Sales Cycle Management
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification to proposals, RFP responses, negotiations, and closing.
- Maintain accurate forecasts and pipelines while consistently achieving or exceeding targets.
- Utilize the company’s CRM to track and report progress.
- Collaborate with internal operations and delivery teams to ensure seamless client onboarding.
- Market Insights & Expansion
- Knowledgeable of mortgage origination trends, including regulatory shifts, digital adoption, and consumer experience demands.
- Provide feedback to product and operations teams to refine service offerings and competitive positioning.
- Represent the organization at mortgage industry conferences, networking events, and trade associations. Manage complex sales cycles from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing.
Qualifications
Required Education and Experience:
- Experience:
- 7+ years of enterprise sales experience in the mortgage or financial services industry.
- Proven success in selling outsourcing, technology, or consulting solutions to mortgage lenders, servicers, and investors.
- Demonstrated ability to consistently exceed multi-million-dollar sales targets.
- Skills & Knowledge:
- Strong understanding of the mortgage lifecycle origination, servicing, default management, QC, and compliance.
- Executive presence and ability to engage with C-suite decision-makers.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage long, consultative sales cycles.
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred).
