Owning the enrollment pipeline end-to-end for one campus—from first inquiry to waitlist Hosting compelling info sessions and 1:1 conversations that convert curious parents into committed advocates Traveling frequently to campus and local events to build visibility and forge trust Cultivating partnerships with community organizations and influencers to boost regional awareness Reporting insights on parent sentiment, conversion trends, and local engagement opportunities What You Won’t Be Doing
Relying on scripted sales tactics or transactional outreach Lowering standards or compromising the mission to win over skeptical parents Delegating relationship-building to campus staff or playing a background role Operating from behind a desk—this role is deeply embedded in the community Director Of Parent Engagement & Advocacy Key Responsibilities
Build a 150+ student waitlist at your campus through trust-driven enrollment strategy and relentless parent engagement. Basic Requirements
Currently reside within commuting distance of one of these campuses: Arizona - Scottsdale; California - San Francisco or Santa Barbara; Florida - Palm Beach; New York - New York City. Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship 5+ years of experience with families in education, outreach, or enrollment Exceptional verbal and written communication skills Proven ability to earn trust and guide sophisticated decision-making Deep belief in Alpha's accelerated, high-expectation learning model About Alpha

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is available immediately and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation is $100 USD/hour, equating to $200,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours/week and 50 weeks/year. The payment period is weekly.
