$100.00/hr - $100.00/hr If guiding families into a bold new model of education sounds like your next chapter, this role puts you on the front lines. Alpha is scaling fast—and we need you to drive enrollment and parent trust at a new campus. You will lead enrollment growth for your campus, managing pipelines, admissions cycles, and ongoing parent engagement in a high-trust, high-autonomy role. Alpha isn’t a traditional school. Students finish core academics in two hours a day using AI-powered apps. Afternoons are spent mastering public speaking, critical thinking, and real-world problem-solving. No lectures. No busywork. Just extraordinary results—and students in the top 1% nationwide. Your job isn’t to convince; it’s to guide. Families who are ready for something different need someone who can speak to their aspirations and concerns with clarity. You’ll lead them through the decision to join Alpha with insight, honesty, and conviction. You’ll build deep ties in the community, host informative sessions, activate parent advocates, and partner with local organizations. This role is 80% on-site, embedded in a single campus, with occasional local travel for outreach. Hiring For These Campuses AZ: Scottsdale CA: San Francisco, Santa Barbara FL: Palm Beach NY: New York City What You Will Be Doing Owning the enrollment pipeline end-to-end for one campus—from first inquiry to waitlist Hosting compelling info sessions and 1:1 conversations that convert curious parents into committed advocates Traveling frequently to campus and local events to build visibility and forge trust Cultivating partnerships with community organizations and influencers to boost regional awareness Reporting insights on parent sentiment, conversion trends, and local engagement opportunities What You Won’t Be Doing Relying on scripted sales tactics or transactional outreach Lowering standards or compromising the mission to win over skeptical parents Delegating relationship-building to campus staff or playing a background role Operating from behind a desk—this role is deeply embedded in the community Director Of Parent Engagement & Advocacy Key Responsibilities Build a 150+ student waitlist at your campus through trust-driven enrollment strategy and relentless parent engagement. Basic Requirements Currently reside within commuting distance of one of these campuses: Arizona - Scottsdale; California - San Francisco or Santa Barbara; Florida - Palm Beach; New York - New York City. Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship 5+ years of experience with families in education, outreach, or enrollment Exceptional verbal and written communication skills Proven ability to earn trust and guide sophisticated decision-making Deep belief in Alpha\'s accelerated, high-expectation learning model About Alpha Alpha School is on a mission to reshape education with a bold approach that harnesses AI to accelerate learning and unleash student potential.
