Overview
Talent Acquisition Partner (Non-Technical) at Artera. You will be the go-to expert for attracting world-class healthcare talent, from Sales and Customer Success to Implementation and Support. Reporting directly to the VP of People, you’ll partner with leadership to shape our talent strategy and hiring practices. Responsibilities
Own the full-cycle recruiting process, from role discovery and job description creation to offer negotiation and closing. Develop and execute sourcing strategies to build a robust pipeline for non-technical roles. Partner with hiring managers to understand team needs, define hiring goals, and build a collaborative recruiting plan. Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit. Manage the candidate experience with empathy and professionalism, ensuring clear communication and timely feedback. Act as a strategic advisor on market trends, compensation, and interview best practices. Maintain data integrity and use the ATS to track recruiting activities with attention to detail. Requirements
3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in the Healthcare/Health Tech industry, ideally within a fast-growth tech startup. Ability to manage all aspects of recruiting: discovery, sourcing, pipeline creation, interviewing, scheduling, and closing. Proven success hiring for non-technical roles (sales, customer success, implementation, support, and G&A). Experience scaling teams in various company sizes. Strong project management skills and ability to prioritize multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building rapport with candidates and stakeholders. Experience with a modern ATS; Lever experience preferred. Ability to use tools like LinkedIn Recruiter. Proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable. Location: Boston, Philadelphia, Chicago, Kansas City, Denver, Seattle, Los Angeles, San Francisco, or Santa Barbara. Bonus
Background in other HR functions (compensation, total rewards, HR operations). Familiarity with technical recruiting. Experience building and implementing recruiting processes and programs from scratch. International recruiting experience. Compensation
$90,000 - $130,000 a year. Compensation based on experience and geographic tier. Includes equity and benefits. Work Location & Hiring Hubs
Artera has hybrid offices in Santa Barbara, CA, and Philadelphia (Wayne), PA (typically three days in, per week). We are building geographically concentrated Hiring Hubs and currently hiring remote candidates located in: Boston Metro Area, MA Chicago Metro Area, IL Denver Metro Area, CO Kansas City Metro Area (KS/MO) Los Angeles Metro Area, CA San Francisco / Bay Area, CA Seattle Metro Area, WA Eligible candidates must reside in one of the hybrid office cities or Hiring Hubs.
