Job Title: Amazon Connect Developer

Location: Jersey City, NJ / Plano, TX / Columbus, OH

Experience: 8+ years

RTTO: 5 Days Onsite

JD: Amazon Connect Developer with LEX, AWS Lambda, Routing Schema, Bedrock & LLM

Responsibilities

• In-depth knowledge and strong hands-on experience with:
• AWS Lambda - Python/Java/Node.js
• Experience with Amazon Connect SDK
• Amazon Connect's Precision routing schema
• Amazon Connect's API
• Amazon Integration with Banking API
• Lex - chatbot development using Lex API (Lambda)
• Bedrock, Bedrock Agent, Bedrock AgentCore
• LLM prompts and tooling (Nova, Claude, OpenAI)
• Amazon Connect Contact Flow design

• Good to have hands-on in Cloud & Container technologies: AWS, Pivotal Cloud Foundry, Kubernetes & Docker
• Translating designs and wireframes into high-quality code

Interpersonal & Skills

• Well-developed analytical & problem-solving skills
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Excellent team player, able to work with virtual teams
• Ability to learn quickly in a dynamic start-up environment
• Must be able to work under own initiative with limited guidance due to fast pace and high-volume workload
• Able to communicate with clients directly and report to client/offshore
• Flexibility to work on different shifts and stretch
