Salary Range: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour

Employment Type: Part-time

The Phlebotomist will be responsible for:

Drawing quality blood samples from patients and preparing specimens for lab testing following established procedures.
Creating a trustworthy environment by explaining procedures to patients and performing blood draws skillfully, safely, and accurately.
Demonstrating leadership behaviors, focusing on process excellence, confidentiality, and accuracy of patient information.
Performing daily activities accurately and on time under the supervision of the area supervisor.
Maintaining a safe and professional environment.
Handling forensic and clinical specimen collection and processing duties confidently.
Maintaining required records and documentation.
Promoting a positive image and demonstrating organizational commitment to patients, clients, employees, and the public.

High school diploma or equivalent REQUIRED
Minimum of 6 months of phlebotomy experience REQUIRED; 1+ years preferred
Excellent phlebotomy skills, including pediatric and geriatric
Phlebotomy certification preferred (required in CA, NV, WA)
Medical training such as medical assistant or paramedic preferred
Ability to work independently and provide error-free work in a fast-paced environment
Keyboard/data entry experience
