Phlebotomist Job at Pride Health in Creswell

Join Pride Health as a Phlebotomist II at Creswell, NC! This is a 5 months contract role offering a great opportunity for experience to excel in a dynamic environment.

Location: Creswell, NC 27928

Shift Schedule:

• Monday – Thursday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Friday, 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Hours per Week: 36 hours

Start Date: ASAP

Pay Highlights: $18.80-21.30/hour (Based on years of experience)

Base pay range

$18.80/hr - $21.30/hr

Key Responsibilities

• Collect quality blood specimens from patients and prepare them for lab testing.
• Explain procedures and create an atmosphere of trust and confidence with patients.
• Perform verification of patient demographic information and labeling in the patient’s presence.
• Maintain accurate documentation and required records.
• Adhere to safety, compliance, and confidentiality standards.
• Support multiple Patient Service Center or In-Office locations when needed.
• Demonstrate professionalism, customer focus, and organizational commitment.

Qualifications

Education: High School Diploma or GED required.

Experience: Minimum 3 years phlebotomy experience required, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections.

Note: Local candidates within 30 miles are eligible.

Offered pay rate: Based on education, experience, and healthcare credit.
