Overview

Join Pride Health as a Phlebotomist II at Bluffton, SC! This is a 5 months contract role (with possible extension) offering a great opportunity for experience to excel in a dynamic environment.

Base pay range

$18.80/hr - $21.30/hr

Shift Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM

Hours per Week: 40 hours

Start Date: ASAP

Pay Highlights: $18.80 - 21.30/hour (Based on years of experience)

Key Responsibilities

• Perform specimen collection and processing duties accurately, safely, and on time.
• Verify patient demographic information and ensure proper labeling of all samples.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional environment at all times.
• Accurately complete required documentation and records.
• Communicate effectively with patients, clients, and colleagues to foster trust and confidence.
• Adapt to multiple priorities in a high-volume environment while maintaining quality standards.
• Travel and provide coverage at multiple sites with minimal notice as required.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines, including dress code and patient confidentiality.

Qualifications

Education: High School Diploma or GED required.

Experience: Minimum 3 years phlebotomy experience required, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections.

Note: Local candidates within 30 miles are eligible.

Offered pay rate: Based on education, experience, and healthcare credit.
