Role Description

This is an on-site role located in Rosemount, MN for a Phlebotomy Instructor. The instructor will be responsible for delivering classroom lectures, supervising laboratory sessions, and providing hands-on training in phlebotomy techniques. Additional duties include preparing lesson plans, assessing student performance, and maintaining accurate records. The instructor will also be expected to stay updated with the latest industry practices and incorporate them into the curriculum.

• Current certification as a Phlebotomist or related credential
• Experience working in a healthcare or clinical setting is a plus
• Bachelor's or Associate's degree in a related field is preferred
