Job Description: The Patient Services Representative I (PSR I) represents the face of the company to patients who come in, both as part of their health routine or for insights into life-defining health decisions. The PSR I duties are to foster and maintain a professional customer/patient focused environment in the clinic area. To ensure return on the companys investment in patients, through the provision of quality services that generate positive patient experiences and satisfaction which ultimately retains and grows patient enrollments and revenue.
