Is Covid Vaccination Required?: No Is Position Eligible for Remote Work?: No State of Credentials Licenses Required: N/A Shift/Time Zone: Monday through Friday 6:30am to 3:30pm - lunch will be 10:30am to 11:30pm. It also includes a rotational Saturday schedule 7am to 11am every third Saturday.

Job Description: The Patient Services Representative I (PSR I) represents the face of the company to the patient. This position is responsible for the delivery of the patient experience by providing front-line customer service to patients using proper etiquette. The PSR I will ensure that patients have a positive customer experience before, during and after their visit. The PSR I will also establish and maintain effective working relationships with patients and staff.
