Overview

Merchandisers are critical to our success at Frito-Lay. In this role, you will be merchandising Frito-Lay's complete line of products, including Lays, Doritos, Cheetos, Tostitos, Fritos, and many more in stores, including supermarkets and large grocery stores. This position offers growth opportunities within Frito-Lay and PepsiCo.

Responsibilities

  • Drive your personal vehicle (with gas mileage reimbursement) to a variety of store locations.
  • Retrieve Frito-Lay products and merchandise the product throughout the store.
  • Work in a team environment with professional Route Sales Representatives.
  • Follow a consistent schedule with specific start times and customers. Opportunities to attain different work schedules exist.
  • Leverage a company issued iPhone to view schedules, communicate with team members, and log activity.

Requirements

  • Be 18 years of age or older.
  • Have a valid driver’s license with proof of insurance.
  • Be able to frequently lift up to 40 lbs. with or without reasonable accommodation.

Additional Information

We operate 24 hours a day, so you may not have a typical schedule, and our jobs are physical. The role involves standing for long periods and being on your feet during shifts.
