Route Sales Representatives are critical to our success at Frito-Lay. Route Sales Representatives are responsible for delivering, selling, and merchandising Frito-Lay's complete line of products including Lays, Doritos, Cheetos, Tostitos, Fritos, and many more to local stores including gas stations, dollar stores, and large grocery stores. As a Route Sales Representative, you drive a Frito-Lay truck to different stores, work independently to unload orders, merchandise product, and partner with store managers to increase sales, place orders, and maintain records throughout the day.

Responsibilities

  • Learn the basics of the role through four to six weeks of dedicated driving and selling training with our team members
  • Run routes for team members, visit different stores, and meet new customers
  • Grow sales on the route by building relationships, merchandising displays, and completing national initiatives
  • Achieve a route with set days off/schedule and maintain a feasible timetable
  • Work in a fast-paced, physical environment; be prepared for a non-traditional schedule including weekends and holidays

Minimum Qualifications

  • Be 21 years of age or older
  • Have a valid driver’s license with proof of insurance and the ability to obtain other licensures as required by state law
  • Be able to frequently lift 40 lbs. with or without accommodation
