Responsibilities

• Deliver, sell, and merchandise FRITO LAY products (Lays, Doritos, Cheetos, Tostitos, Fritos, and more) to local stores including gas stations, dollar stores, and large grocery stores.
• Operate a FritoLay truck to different stores; unload orders; merchandise products; and partner with store managers to increase sales, take orders, and maintain records throughout the day.
• Complete training on the role within four to six weeks of dedicated driving and selling training with team members.
• Run routes for team members, experience different stores, and meet new customers.
• Grow route sales by building relationships, selling in displays, and completing national initiatives.
• Maintain a schedule with set days off as part of the route.
• Work in a fast-paced, physical environment.

Qualifications

• Be 21 years of age or older.
• Have a valid driver’s license with proof of insurance and the ability to obtain other licenses as required by state law.
• Be able to frequently lift 40 lbs. with or without accommodation.
• Experience in a similar route sales role is a plus; willingness to learn and grow with the company.
