Role Overview

Route Sales Representatives are essential to FritoLay's success. Responsibilities include delivering, selling, and merchandising FritoLay products such as Lay's, Doritos, Cheetos, Tostitos, and Fritos to local stores, including gas stations, dollar stores, and large grocery stores. You will drive a FritoLay truck, unload orders, merchandise products, and collaborate with store managers to boost sales and maintain records.

Key Tasks

• Complete a 4-6 week training on driving and selling skills.

Minimum Qualifications

• Be 21 years or older.
• Possess a valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and ability to obtain required state licenses.
