Responsibilities

• Deliver, sell, and merchandise Frito-Lay’s complete line of products (including Lay’s, Doritos, Cheetos, Tostitos, Fritos, and more) to local stores, gas stations, dollar stores, and large grocery stores.
• Drive a Frito-Lay truck to different stores, unload orders, merchandise products, and partner with store managers to increase sales, take orders, and maintain records throughout the day.
• Learn the basics of the role through four to six weeks of dedicated driving and selling training with team members.
• Run routes for team members, visit different stores, and meet new customers.
• Grow sales on the route by building relationships, selling in displays, and completing national initiatives.
• Operate on a route with set days off/schedule with time; work in a fast-paced, physical environment. The job may include irregular hours, weekends, and holidays.
• Be on your feet for the entirety of your shift.

Minimum Qualifications

• Be 21 years of age or older.
• Have a valid driver’s license with proof of insurance and the ability to obtain other licensures as required by state law.
• Be able to frequently lift 40 lbs. with or without reasonable accommodation.
