What are we looking for in Recruiters?

Day-to-day duties of a Meet Recruiter
- Run your own 360 desk – candidate delivery and new business development.
- Head hunt candidates via cold calling, LinkedIn Recruiter, Job Adverts, and referrals.
- Conduct market research for business development.
- Develop expertise in the Life Sciences space to source high-quality candidates.
- Provide exceptional candidate experiences from initial call to offer.
- Collaborate with multiple hiring managers to support staffing needs.
- Represent Meet and our global clients to attract top talent.
- Maintain pipeline and systems with administrative tasks as needed.
- Perform tasks as assigned by the manager.

Qualifications
- 6+ months of experience in a client-facing role (full-time or internship) OR in an athletic program (required).
- Outbound sales experience (highly preferred).
Interview Process
- Call with internal recruiter → 20-minute virtual sales assessment → 45-minute Zoom interview → Final on-site.
