We’re growing fast, and we’re looking for a Warehouse Manager to help keep our operations organized, efficient, and prepared to support our technicians in delivering top-tier service.

What You’ll Do

As the Warehouse Manager, you will play a vital role in our day-to-day success by maintaining a highly organized, well-stocked, and efficient warehouse environment. You will:

  • Oversee all warehouse operations, including inventory, staging, and material handling

  • Manage the truck replenishment, material return, and purchase order processes

  • Organize next-day and scheduled installs by staging material and equipment

  • Supervise warehouse staff and monitor their daily performance to maximize efficiency

  • schedule, maintain and organize truck maintenance and repairs,

  • create and systemise warehouse procedures and operations for growth

  • Conduct full and cycle counts on all inventory – both warehouse and truck-based

  • Handle warranty return processing and track all inbound materials

  • Schedule and oversee vehicle maintenance and repair schedules

  • Ensure proper tool maintenance and tracking

  • Negotiate with vendors for material pricing and ensure timely and cost-effective ordering

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient warehouse environment

What You Bring to the Table

  • Experience in supply chain, inventory, or warehouse operations

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

  • Strong knowledge of inventory management systems

  • Self-motivated and resourceful; capable of working independently with minimal supervision

  • Effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills

  • fantastic orginzatnal skills

  • Ability to analyze and drive key performance indicators (KPIs)

  • Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving, and organizational skills

  • Leadership capabilities with a strong sense of ownership and accountability

  • Confident negotiator with the ability to secure favorable vendor terms
