Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Heavy Equipment Operator located in Nashville, TN. The Heavy Equipment Operator will be responsible for operating various types of heavy equipment including excavators, backhoes, and bulldozers for construction and maintenance projects. Daily tasks will include equipment operation, performing equipment maintenance, ensuring safe working conditions, and following project guidelines. Coordination with the project team to ensure timely completion of tasks will also be required.

Qualifications

• Skills in Equipment Operation and Heavy Equipment
• Experience in Excavation tasks and Used Equipment handling
• Proficiency in Equipment Maintenance
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently and follow safety protocols
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in construction or paving industry is a plus
