Job Title: Hardware Engineer

Eastridge Workforce Solutions is seeking a Hardware Engineer for our client in Nashville, TN. This is an opportunity to join a global leader in computing hardware, powering next-gen cloud platforms, AI infrastructure, and enterprise technology.

Location and Compensation

• Location: Nashville, TN
• Pay: $35.00 – $48.00/hour depending on experience
• Shifts Available: Full-time, Monday–Friday, onsite

Responsibilities:

• Set up and support testing/debug environments for high-performance hardware
• Perform board-level troubleshooting and signal validation
• Collaborate with R&D and production teams to solve complex engineering issues
• Assist in product bring-up and manufacturing transitions
• Review schematics/layouts and contribute to root cause analysis

Qualifications:

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• 1+ years of experience in hardware debugging, testing, or engineering
• Skilled with scopes, DMMs, and basic PCB rework
• Familiarity with server/storage/PC hardware architecture
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach

Bonus: Mandarin language skills or experience with Allegro/layout tools
