Role Description

This is an on-site full-time role for a Recruiter based in the Greater Phoenix Area. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and placing candidates in various construction roles. Daily tasks include developing recruitment strategies, conducting phone screens and interviews, coordinating with internal teams, and maintaining a database of candidate profiles. The Recruiter will also be involved in onboarding and ensuring candidates are properly integrated into their new roles.

• Knowledge of construction industry roles and specific skill requirements
• Ability to develop and implement recruitment strategies
