Recruiter — At our Company, we grow People, Brands, and Businesses! We are seeking a dynamic Recruiter to work within our Talent Acquisition department. We provide paid training and support to candidates with drive to succeed. As a Recruiter, you will engage active and passive candidates for full and part-time positions, work with candidates and Hiring Managers to conduct interviews, and guide the hiring process from application to hire. This is an opportunity to work for the Company, a leading sales and marketing agency in North America.

Locations: US-NC-Charlotte; US-VA-Richmond; US-RI-Providence; US-MA-Boston. Primary Posting Location: Charlotte, NC 28201, US.

Job Type: Full Time. Category: Professional: IT, Finance, Legal, HR, Talent Acquisition, Administrative, Customer Service. Minimum: USD $17.40/hr. Maximum: USD $23.08/hr.

Responsibilities

  • Drives the candidate management process with the hiring manager, solidifies offer process and candidate acceptance.
  • Source prospective candidates using proprietary database systems, job boards, and community-based organizations.
  • Determine job specifications, qualifications, and skills profile.
  • Review resumes for appropriate skill sets to qualify candidates and clearly communicate position expectations.
  • Conduct behavior-based pre-screen interviews via telephone and evaluate candidates against job requirements, engaging them in the opportunity and presenting qualified candidates to the Hiring Manager.
  • Manage the hiring process for selected candidates.

Qualifications

  • Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience required; bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • 1-3 years of experience in recruitment or Human Resources.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook, and web-browsers.

Responsibilities (Detailed)

The Company is a leading sales and marketing agency providing outsourced services to a variety of trade channels. The Recruiter is responsible for candidate development for high-volume positions, with extensive interaction with hiring managers to drive the recruitment lifecycle.

  • Drive the candidate management process with hiring managers and coordinate interviews and offers.
  • Source candidates via databases, job boards, and community organizations.
  • Define job specifications and candidate qualifications, assess resumes, and communicate expectations.
  • Conduct pre-screen interviews and present qualified candidates to the Hiring Manager.
  • Manage the hiring process for selected candidates, including interviews and onboarding coordination.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Additional Information

Travel: Travel and driving are not essential duties. Office environment; typical sedentary work.

Supervisory Responsibilities: This position does not have supervisory responsibilities for direct or indirect reports.

Equipment and Environment: Office-based, computer usage required.
