Overview

We’re looking for a highly motivated, energetic Sales Development Representative who’s ready to make an impact across both sales and recruiting. This hybrid role is critical in driving the early stages of the sales cycle while also supporting talent acquisition efforts for our clients. You’ll prospect leads, qualify opportunities, and help build winning teams — all while growing your own career in a fast-paced, people-first environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for client roles
  • Conduct initial outreach and phone screens using structured interview guides
  • Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the process
  • Help refine job descriptions and support recruiting campaigns
  • Collaborate with recruiters and account managers to match talent with opportunity
  • Prospect and generate new business leads via outbound calls, email, LinkedIn, and creative outreach
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads to assess sales readiness
  • Conduct high-level conversations with business owners and decision-makers
  • Schedule meetings for account executives to drive revenue growth
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM system

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • 1+ year in sales, customer service, recruiting, or related roles (internships welcome)
  • Strong communication skills — written, verbal, and interpersonal
  • Comfortable with high-volume outreach and fast-paced environments
  • Coachable, goal-oriented, and eager to grow in both sales and recruiting
  • Familiarity with CRM and ATS systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Bullhorn) is a plus
