Internal Talent Acquisition Manager | Mother

As a Recruiter you will continue to develop speed and efficiency and interface daily with internal and external teams to deliver excellence in recruiting. Responsibilities
  • Identify qualified candidates through various recruiting and sourcing tools
  • Screen and interview candidates
  • Partner with your Account Manager to identify top accounts, target skill sets and key market segments.
  • Build and maintain relationships with current assigned employees.
  • Perform various customer service related activities
  • Coordinate, confirm, prepare candidates for job interview
  • Present, negotiate and close job offers
  • Demonstrates ability to meet performance requirements
  • Demonstrates proficiency of internal Applicant Tracking System
  • Demonstrates proficiency of external job boards and precision sourcing of candidates in a wide variety of critical and time-sensitive STEM-focused roles both contingent and permanent in nature
  • Demonstrates proficiency of recruiting workflows and VMS tools, with the ability to successfully move candidates through sourcing, submittal, interview, offer acceptance, onboarding, and retention.
  • Demonstrates proficiency of Candidate Communications, Maintenance, and Onboarding, including:
  • Demonstrates ability to work directly with clients
  • Continues to develop a solid understanding of internal Compliance and Operations
Experience and Education Requirements
  • Bachelors Degree or higher in sciences, business, or related field required.
  • 1+ years of customer or sales-focused experience preferred.
  • Prior collaboration in a team-oriented environment preferred.
  • Effective professional written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Proven track record of relationship building skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with a team or independently depending on the job responsibility being performed.
  • Ability to build lasting relationships built on Hunters core values (Harmony, Integrity, Respect, Excellence).
  • High level of integrity, accountability, and commitment to compliance.
  • Demonstrates a high sense of urgency and healthy appetite for competition.
  • Strong technological aptitude.
  • Ability to successfully pass Hunters standard post-offer employment requirements including but not limited to employment background check and drug screen.
