Internal Talent Acquisition Manager | Mother
As a Recruiter you will continue to develop speed and efficiency and interface daily with internal and external teams to deliver excellence in recruiting. Responsibilities
- Identify qualified candidates through various recruiting and sourcing tools
- Screen and interview candidates
- Partner with your Account Manager to identify top accounts, target skill sets and key market segments.
- Build and maintain relationships with current assigned employees.
- Perform various customer service related activities
- Coordinate, confirm, prepare candidates for job interview
- Present, negotiate and close job offers
- Demonstrates ability to meet performance requirements
- Demonstrates proficiency of internal Applicant Tracking System
- Demonstrates proficiency of external job boards and precision sourcing of candidates in a wide variety of critical and time-sensitive STEM-focused roles both contingent and permanent in nature
- Demonstrates proficiency of recruiting workflows and VMS tools, with the ability to successfully move candidates through sourcing, submittal, interview, offer acceptance, onboarding, and retention.
- Demonstrates proficiency of Candidate Communications, Maintenance, and Onboarding, including:
- Demonstrates ability to work directly with clients
- Continues to develop a solid understanding of internal Compliance and Operations
Experience and Education Requirements
- Bachelors Degree or higher in sciences, business, or related field required.
- 1+ years of customer or sales-focused experience preferred.
- Prior collaboration in a team-oriented environment preferred.
- Effective professional written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proven track record of relationship building skills.
- Ability to work effectively with a team or independently depending on the job responsibility being performed.
- Ability to build lasting relationships built on Hunters core values (Harmony, Integrity, Respect, Excellence).
- High level of integrity, accountability, and commitment to compliance.
- Demonstrates a high sense of urgency and healthy appetite for competition.
- Strong technological aptitude.
- Ability to successfully pass Hunters standard post-offer employment requirements including but not limited to employment background check and drug screen.
