Responsibilities
- Build a Talent Pipeline: Source and maintain a steady flow of qualified candidates for current and future roles in various industries.
- Demonstrates competence of external job boards and precision sourcing of candidates
- Demonstrates competence of internal Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Conduct Interviews & Assess Fit: Engage candidates via phone and in-person interviews, evaluating qualifications and cultural fit.
- Screen & Qualify Candidates: Review resumes and interview feedback to assess and determine candidate suitability.
- Candidate Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, answering questions and providing updates.
- Demonstrates ability to meet performance requirements
- Develop a solid understanding of internal Compliance and Operations
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in sciences, business, or related field required.
- 1+ years of customer or sales-focused experience preferred.
- Prior collaboration in a team-oriented environment preferred.
- Effective professional written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proven track record of relationship building skills.
- Ability to work effectively with a team or independently depending on the job responsibility being performed.
- Ability to build lasting relationships built on Hunter’s core values
- High level of integrity, accountability, and commitment to compliance.
- Demonstrates a high sense of urgency and healthy appetite for competition.
- Strong technological aptitude.
- Ability to successfully pass Hunter’s standard post-offer employment requirements including but not limited to employment background check and drug screen.
