Base pay range

$45,000.00/yr - $55,000.00/yr

Position Summary

The RPO Recruiter is responsible for delivering full-cycle recruitment services on behalf of our client(s) within a Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) model. This role partners closely with hiring managers and HR teams to attract, source, screen, and hire top talent while ensuring an excellent candidate and client experience. The RPO Recruiter balances high-volume recruiting needs with strategic hiring priorities, serving as an extension of the client’s talent acquisition function.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with client hiring managers and HR stakeholders to understand workforce needs, role requirements, and organizational culture.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating hiring manager interviews, and extending offers.
  • Leverage multiple recruiting channels (job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, CRM/ATS databases) to build diverse talent pipelines.
  • Provide consultative guidance to hiring managers on market trends, candidate availability, compensation benchmarking, and best hiring practices.
  • Screen and qualify candidates, ensuring alignment with job requirements and cultural fit.
  • Deliver a positive candidate experience through timely communication and transparency throughout the hiring process.
  • Track recruiting activity, candidate pipelines, and time-to-fill metrics; provide regular reporting to clients and internal leadership.
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and client-specific hiring practices, policies, and regulations.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in an agency, RPO, or corporate staffing environment.
  • Proven success managing multiple requisitions simultaneously in high-volume or specialized recruiting.
  • Strong sourcing skills with proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and ATS/CRM tools.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with both candidates and hiring managers.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and recruiting best practices.
