Key Responsibilities:

Source, screen, and engage high-quality candidates across various industries

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates

Manage the full recruitment cycle from job intake to offer acceptance

Stay current with market trends and sourcing best practices

Use CRM/ATS tools to track activities and maintain candidate pipelines

Must Haves / Requirements Summary:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Own Sourcing Tools

Proven ability to work independently and hit performance targets

Familiarity with ATS/CRM systems

Sales mindset with the ability to close candidates and client deals

Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in agency recruiting

Knowledge of multiple industries (e.g., healthcare, logistics, sales)

Comfortable using LinkedIn Recruiter and similar sourcing tools

Unlimited Earning Potential commission-only structure with no cap

Remote Flexibility work from anywhere, on your own schedule
