Base pay range

$45,000.00/yr - $50,000.00/yr

Location: Memphis, Tennessee area preferred; remote/hybrid options may be available per role.

What You’ll Do

As an Entry-Level Sales Recruiter, you’ll connect skilled healthcare professionals—primarily nurses—with opportunities in local and travel assignments nationwide. You’ll build relationships with candidates, understand their career goals, and match them with positions that fit their skills and preferences.

Responsibilities

• Seek out, engage, and onboard talented healthcare professionals for local and nationwide travel assignments; cultivate enduring relationships with professionals as their advocate and primary point of contact throughout the recruitment journey and contract engagement.
• Build a pipeline of nursing candidates through job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and databases; employ diverse sourcing strategies to find top candidates.
• Conduct screenings, interviews, and reference checks to evaluate qualifications and alignment with job requirements.
• Collaborate with healthcare facilities to understand staffing needs and match candidates accordingly.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent work experience in customer service, sales, or relationship-building roles
• 0-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, staffing, or other metrics-driven environments (new graduates encouraged to apply)
• Interest in or exposure to healthcare industry (healthcare recruiting experience a plus, but not required)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a natural ability to connect with people and build rapport
• Comfort with technology and willingness to learn applicant tracking systems and recruitment software
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail, with capacity to juggle multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic work environment
• Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and eagerness to learn the recruitment process

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in healthcare, staffing, or recruitment
• Familiarity with CRM or ATS platforms
• Demonstrated success in achieving goals or metrics in previous roles
