Overview

Jackson Physician Search is seeking a Research Consultant, also known as a Physician Recruiter, to grow our Greenwood Village team. This is a highly interactive sales and recruiting opportunity where you’ll partner with clients to identify and secure top-tier physician and advanced practice provider candidates. We’re seeking a high-energy, competitive, and driven individual who is eager to elevate their recruiting career and thrive in a collaborative environment.

Compensation

Your pay range is described below; actual pay will be based on skills and experience. Base pay range: $55,000.00/yr - $60,000.00/yr. Additional compensation types include Commission.

Responsibilities

• Partner consultatively with clients to conduct searches and fill physician staffing needs
• Communicate regularly with clients regarding search activity
• Achieve productivity goals and metrics
• Call physicians to proactively source viable candidates
• Conduct thorough phone screens with attention to detail and prompt follow up
• Update the internal client and provider database with recruitment-related activity
• Oversee and manage the credentials and availability of physician candidates
• Travel overnight, 5-10% a year, to conduct onsite client profiles

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 1-2 years’ experience in sales or recruitment preferred
• Excellent sourcing, cold calling, presentations, and negotiation skills a must
• Confident, energetic, and professional presence a must: ability to effectively build relationships with C-suite executives and physician candidates
• Interpersonal, strategic communication, and relationship-building skills a must
• Strong organizational and computer skills required, CRM proficiency a plus
• Stable employment history with verifiable references a must
