Position Description

MMI Healthcare Recruiters are full-cycle recruiters that focus on facility staffing. In this position, you will source and work with our Sales team to identify qualified candidates, and then interview them in order to fill a variety of client specific requirements such as Nurses, Allied Health professionals, etc.Successful recruiters in the staffing industry, who are resourceful, out-going, and passionate about Healthcare, can thrive in this position by successfully establishing and maintaining relationships with your own database of vendors/suppliers that is based on niche skill sets. Responsibilities

• Source and interview candidates to fill client-specific requirements (e.g., Nurses, Allied Health professionals).
• Collaborate with Sales to identify qualified candidates and maintain relationships with vendors/suppliers based on niche skill sets.
• Engage in full-cycle recruiting and provide exceptional customer service to clients and candidates.

Job Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree from a 4-year University
• Experience Required: Bachelor’s Degree
• Skills/Abilities: Basic technical skills (including MS Office Suite, LinkedIn, etc.), superior communication and negotiation skills, team-player attitude, ability to maintain focus and multi-task, positive attitude, strong work ethic, organized

Compensation

Base pay range: $65,000.00/yr - $75,000.00/yr

Additional compensation types: Commission

Compensation details: Base Salary plus generous commission plan with unlimited potential earnings, full benefits package, 401K immediately upon starting, ESOP.
