Overview

We are seeking a high-energy, proactive Contract Recruiter to support our dynamic team in sourcing and placing top-tier talent for key business support roles. This individual will play a critical part in driving the recruitment process for positions such as Business Manager Assistants, Business Intelligence Researchers (with a focus on product placement), and various Administrative Support roles.

Responsibilities

• Full-cycle recruiting: Source, screen, interview, and manage offers for business support roles.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and define candidate profiles.
• Proactively build talent pipelines using job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and other creative sourcing strategies.
• Maintain accurate and timely candidate data in our applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Provide a great candidate experience through professional and engaging communication.
• Support onboarding tasks and hiring documentation as needed.
• Stay adaptable and responsive in a fast-paced environment, shifting priorities as needed.
