Business Manager Assistants ,
Business Intelligence Researchers
(with a focus on product placement), and various
Administrative Support

Full-cycle recruiting : Source, screen, interview, and manage offers for business support roles. Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and define candidate profiles. Proactively build talent pipelines using job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and other creative sourcing strategies. Maintain accurate and timely candidate data in our applicant tracking system (ATS). Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and internal stakeholders. Provide a
great candidate experience
through professional and engaging communication. Support onboarding tasks and hiring documentation as needed. Stay adaptable and responsive in a
fast-paced environment , shifting priorities as needed. Additional Information
