Responsibilities

Technical Recruiters will manage a full-service recruitment desk and be an integral part of a thriving team. Responsibilities include:

• Full lifecycle recruitment of technology professionals from entry to executive level
• Managing the entire candidate experience, including scheduling interviews with clients
• Sourcing and developing a network of candidates using advanced systems and technology
• Cold calling and headhunting qualified candidates for targeted searches
• Maintaining professional communication with candidates and colleagues, ensuring confidentiality
• Utilizing Arrow’s proprietary applicant tracking system
• Being a strong team player with leadership qualities

Requirements

• 1-5 years of technical recruiting experience
• Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with technical professionals
• Highly motivated and results-driven
• Strong team player

Salary Range & Benefits

• $45,000 - $500,000
