Base pay range: $25.00/hr - $35.00/hr
Established organization is seeking an HR Analyst to join their team on an open-ended temporary opportunity. Pay ranges from $25-35/hr DOE.
Responsibilities
- Collect and analyze HR data related to recruitment, employee performance, compensation, benefits, turnover, and engagement.
- Develop and maintain HR dashboards and reports to monitor key metrics and trends.
- Support workforce planning and forecasting by providing data-driven insights.
- Collaborate with HR and business leaders to identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across HR systems.
- Conduct benchmarking and market analysis to support compensation and benefits strategies.
- Prepare reports for senior leadership and assist with compliance reporting (e.g., EEO, OFCCP).
- Participate in HR projects such as employee surveys, DEI initiatives, and talent analytics.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Statistics, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in HR analytics or a similar role.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP, Oracle) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Strong Excel skills and experience with data analysis tools.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
- Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices is a plus.
