Ultimate Staffing Services is seeking a dedicated Recruiting Coordinator with a robust background in sales and recruiting. This onsite role involves supporting full-cycle hiring and candidate engagement in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and passionate about connecting talent with opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Source, screen, and schedule candidates to meet the company's recruitment needs.
  • Manage job postings and applicant tracking system (ATS) workflows to ensure an efficient hiring process.
  • Coordinate interviews and assist with onboarding new hires to ensure a seamless transition.
  • Support recruitment marketing efforts and outreach to attract top talent.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2+ years in recruiting and sales.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills to manage various tasks effectively.
  • Experience with ATS and CRM tools to streamline recruitment processes.
  • Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a high-energy environment.

Location: Pasadena, CA (Fully Onsite)

Salary: $50,000-$58,000/year

Type: Full-Time

Work Hours

Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
