A large, well-known hotel near Times Square in New York City is seeking a Contract HR Coordinator to join their team immediately. This on-site role is a 4–5 month assignment, working closely with a small HR team in a fast-paced, hospitality-focused environment.
Responsibilities
- Support the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews and coordinating candidate communications.
- Assist with new hire processing and onboarding
- Manage benefits administration and updates within HR systems.
- Support termination processes as needed.
- Collaborate closely with the HR team to ensure smooth daily operations.
Required Qualifications
- Proven HR experience within the hospitality industry is a must.
- Strong technical and administrative skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
- Availability to work 5 days on site in New York City for the duration of the contract (4–5 months).
