A large, well-known hotel near Times Square in New York City is seeking a Contract HR Coordinator to join their team immediately. This on-site role is a 4–5 month assignment, working closely with a small HR team in a fast-paced, hospitality-focused environment.

Responsibilities

  • Support the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews and coordinating candidate communications.
  • Assist with new hire processing and onboarding
  • Manage benefits administration and updates within HR systems.
  • Support termination processes as needed.
  • Collaborate closely with the HR team to ensure smooth daily operations.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven HR experience within the hospitality industry is a must.
  • Strong technical and administrative skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
  • Availability to work 5 days on site in New York City for the duration of the contract (4–5 months).
